Your Questions Answered

  • Do you have contracts?
    Yes! We understand that for many of our clients, these homes are real estate business ventures. We treat our clients as such. Contracts allow for clear communication of expectations of both parties.
  • Do you do commercial cleaning?
    Commercial cleaning is a catch all term that encompasses many types of cleaning. We are capable of handling many but not all types of commercial cleaning. Reach out by phone or email, and we will be happy to discuss your opportunity further.
  • How long have you been in business?
    Bailey's Cleaning has operated for over 20 years. New ownership took over more than a year ago. In an area that can be hard to balance between affordability, reliability and cleaning standards, we look to be the company to hit the mark on all three.
  • Do you charge by the hour or by the clean?
    We set your contract price by the house. The main factors of the price point are the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Other factors include square footage, extra living rooms, number of beds (bunkbeds or not), wood burning fireplace, special requests, etc.
  • Do you provide linen service?
    Yes! All of our short-term rentals use our linens for beds and bathrooms. This allows us the ability to remain efficient for our customers and removes the headache of laundry from the owner. The linen service is baked into the price of the clean.
  • Do you provide toiletries, soaps, trash bags, etc.?
    Yes! While we prefer the owner handles these items on their own or use their property management company to do so, we understand this is not always an option. For a set price, we will make sure each stay is set up with a designated amount of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, trash bags, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher soap.
  • How do we communicate new bookings or adjustments to schedules?
    We utilize a partner, Resort Cleaning. Resort Cleaning can easily connect with your booking provider(s) and will automatically update any new or cancelled bookings or adjustments.
  • How do we know if our unit is ready?
    Resort Cleaning has a feature to see if a cleaner has checked in and out of your unit and is complete. We will also upload pictures of every clean for each client to show we were in your unit and left it in great shape for the next stay.
  • Why should we look for a cleaner for our long-term rental?
    Great question! We often partner with home owners to offer discounts to the tenants for regular cleanings (monthly or semi-monthly). This allows you peace of mind that the house is being well-taken care of, and if not, we will have eyes and ears on your home and will be able to let you know of any major troubling factors that arise.
